Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Engage in a wide range of Public Relations activities by researching, drafting, proofreading, and/or editing communications materials targeted at various stakeholders, in alignment with the company’s goals.
Support the organisation of SIRCLO’s media gathering events, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and overall strategy.
Assist in maintaining SIRCLO’s corporate and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all Corporate Communications editorial content.
Document and summarise official corporate announcements and events to support Public Relations and internal activities.
Track media coverage and systematically archive all publications to provide insights into the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team and cross-functional departments to maintain and regularly update information on the company’s media assets, including but not limited to the official website, company profile, and pitch decks.
Perform additional responsibilities within the Communications team as assigned.

Kualifikasi

Undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation in Journalism, Public Relations, or Mass Communications is preferred.
Proficiency in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR content in both Indonesian and English is essential. Strong grammar and language skills in both languages are required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively engaging with journalists and stakeholders.
Proven organisational and interpersonal skills to coordinate various PR activities.
Ability to conduct strategic research, analyse trends, and support the development of PR strategies.
Strong organisational and event management skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments, as well as detailed projects, in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work both remotely and in the office at Green Office Park 1, BSD, as assigned.
