Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and support Community Engagement Managers to ensure operational flow and alignment with client expectations
- Serve as the primary bridge between creators, internal teams, and brands
- Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and facilitate efficient resolutions
- Negotiate and manage complex deliverables across stakeholders (internal & external)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators
- Strategize and refine the communication flow from Community Engagement Managers to clients for better delivery and accountability
- Contribute to campaign management and optimization from a creator-brand perspective
- Ensure all Community Engagement Managers activities meet brand guidelines, timelines, and performance benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations within MCN, influencer marketing, or digital talent management
- Proven experience managing or overseeing Community Engagement Managers or equivalent roles
- Solid operational background with experience handling both internal workflows and external client demands
- Demonstrated ability to handle creator-related issues and maintain long-term partnerships
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Understands the business context behind creator-brand collaborations
