Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and approach potential TikTok content creators to join and collaborate with the agency under the TikTok GO program.
- Educate potential creators on agency benefits and provide guidance related to the TikTok GO feature and program ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student with no classes / Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, and any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and high-performing content formats.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
