  • Run weekly training sessions and engagement activities for TikTok influencers.
  • Create and share easy-to-follow playbooks and guides when the platform or campaigns change.
  • Launch short-term programs to activate and support new TikTok influencers.
  • Host community events like virtual meetups, challenges, and one-on-one check-ins.
  • Produce learning materials such as guides, toolkits, videos, and best-practice decks.
  • Track key engagement and growth metrics (event attendance, content results after training, satisfaction scores).
  • Report on how TikTok influencer development efforts improve performance, retention, and monetization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in MCN creator management or TikTok-focused social media roles.
  • Good understanding of how TikTok works and current creator trends.
  • Able to read and analyze data to make insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good at staying organized and managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
