Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source and acquire new creators to join our TikTok MCN.
- Recruit new team members (Marketing positions) for the MCN Division in Social Bread
- Conduct research on effective sourcing strategies to increase the number of creators.
- Manage and lead end-to-end communication with potential creators, from initial outreach through onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year students (no ongoing classes) or fresh graduates, any major
- Strong interest in social media, creator marketing, and TikTok trends
- Experience in MCN / KOL / Affiliate Marketing / Social Media is a plus
- Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00 WIB)
- Available for a 3 months internship
