Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators under MCN, ensure their performance and engagement remain high
- Monitoring performance tracking
- Manage daily operational needs of creator (answering inquiries, provide support, sharing updates, consultation)
- Provide regular feedback and insights to help creators optimize their content
- Track creator performance and keep update about creator performance on database
Kualifikasi
- Final-year students (no ongoing classes) or fresh graduates, any major
- Strong interest in social media, creator marketing, and TikTok trends
- Experience in MCN / KOL / Affiliate Marketing / Social Media is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00 WIB)
- Available for a 3–6 months internship
