Haluan Digital Agency is looking for a dedicated KOL & Brand Specialist to join our MCN Agency team, focusing on Shopee Affiliates. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and affiliate marketing strategies. As a key part of our team, you’ll recruit and manage affiliates, collaborate with influencers, and optimize campaigns to drive results for Shopee brands.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Identify and recruit potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to join the Shopee Affiliate Program.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs and brands to ensure successful onboarding and campaign alignment.
- Develop strategies to maximize affiliate performance and achieve sales and engagement targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using affiliate analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on Shopee trends and affiliate marketing strategies to drive continuous growth.
Kualifikasi
REQUIREMENT
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred).
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate Program, Shopee Ads Manager, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet project deadlines.
