About the role
As our Math Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring young learners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, adept at creating engaging lessons, and committed to helping students achieve their math learning objectives. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons and regularly assessing student progress.
You will be responsible for leading and teaching primary school students in onsite classes with no more than 10 students per class.
What you will do
- Deliver engaging and interactive math lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to encourage student participation.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional development of young learners.
- Assess students’ progress regularly, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Kualifikasi
What you will need
- Previous experience in teaching young learners is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and patient, with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Proficient in using technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
