Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for marketplace operations, ensuring smooth workflows and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the marketplace by attracting new vendors and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Monitor marketplace performance, using data and insights to drive improvements, increase sales, and enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee the execution of pricing, promotions, and marketplace initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align marketplace goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and encouraging innovation.
- Resolve operational challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and address any issues, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with vendor management, pricing strategies, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools, platforms, and emerging trends
