Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for daily monitoring on operational and making sure action plan is in accordance with SLA
- Making sure Operation Team regarding following up & readiness
- In charge of order management, command center, operation staff, and workload analysis presentations
- In charge of loading, unloading, drop off, pick up, order fulfillment daily report and issue subordinate reports monitoring and verification
- Responsible for reporting on OTA, OTD, OTL & OTU, and daily order fulfillment
- Conduct internal operational team’s performance evaluation
- Monitors and evaluates POD Return’s performance
- Maintain communication and coordination with Mostrans’ external and internal side regarding Business Review
- Strong project management skills
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in any background
- Min. 3 years’ experience as Operation Supervisor in Transportation, Logistic, or Transportation Digital Platform is preferred
- Deep knowledge in GDP and 5R
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
