Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage daily marketplace operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute live streaming activities to improve traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
Coordinate with hosts and KOL to ensure live campaigns run smoothly.
Monitor marketplace performance, including traffic, conversion rate, orders, GMV, and campaign results.
Optimize product listings, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and marketplace campaigns to maximize sales.
Analyze marketplace and live performance data, then provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with marketplace features, algorithm changes, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketplace, E-Commerce, Live Streaming, or Digital Commerce.
Familiar with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and other marketplace platforms.
Understand marketplace campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, affiliate, and live commerce.
Comfortable analyzing marketplace performance data (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, AOV, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about e-commerce, live commerce, and digital trends.
