Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengelola administrasi yang berkaitan dengan sponsorship dan kebutuhan klien
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor eksternal untuk memastikan layanan yang dibutuhkan dapat tersampaikan tepat waktu
- Menyusun laporan administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait penggunaan biaya sponsorship
- Membantu tim pemasaran dalam mengatur dan mengelola data pelanggan
- Mendukung kebutuhan operasional lain dari tim pemasaran sesuai kebutuhan
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan D3 dari segala jurusan
- Lulusan S1 segala jurusan dipersilakan melamar
- Berpengalaman bekerja setidaknya 1 tahun di bidang administrasi
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Lokasi penempatan: Head Office Bintaro
