Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
- Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
- Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.
- Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major.
- Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
- An ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
