Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business positioning and growth strategy
2. Develop and execute structured marketing plans aligned with company objectives
3. Analyze marketing funnel performance from lead generation to conversion
4. Manage and optimize CRM data to improve lead quality and pipeline visibility
5. Prepare regular marketing performance reports and actionable insights
6. Collaborate closely with Sales to support lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness
7. Support brand positioning for training, consulting, and digital service lines
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
2. Minimum 3–5 years experience in Marketing (B2B environment preferred)
3. Experience conducting market and competitor analysis
4. Strong understanding of marketing funnel and lead conversion strategy
5. Experience working with CRM systems and managing pipeline data
6. Experience in SEO and website performance analysis
7. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
