Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing needs of existing franchise partners, from store openings to day-to-day promotions.
  • Plan and coordinate local campaigns, in-store branding, and customer engagement activities.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as signage, promo kits, and event tools.
  • Help drive franchise growth by developing marketing strategies to attract new potential franchisees.
  • Handle inbound franchise inquiries and prepare relevant marketing assets or presentations.
  • Actively research and explore new channels, communities, or platforms to reach potential partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Visit franchise locations when needed to support activations or monitor marketing execution.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (a must).
  • Comfortable handling both campaign execution and marketing for business development purposes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to independently search for leads, tools, or marketing references.
  • Creative mindset with a practical approach to implementation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to travel when needed to support franchise activities on-site.
