- Strategically research, identify, and qualify potential leads based on company goals and ideal customer profiles.
- Analyze lead generation data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve results.
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Languages/Linguistics, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating a computer and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Must be accurate, attentive to detail, tactful, and a fast learner.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
