- Take charge of growth projects, from brainstorming fresh ideas to seeing them come to life and making a real impact on the business.
- Track growth metrics regularly, uncover insights, and share weekly updates that tell the story of how we’re doing and where we can go next.
- Always on the lookout for what’s missing between current performance and big goals, then propose creative, data-backed solutions to bridge them.
- Collaborate with cross departments, ensuring the projects run smoothly from start to finish
Kualifikasi
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, growth, or project management is preferable, while involvement in campus organizations is a good advantage.
- Strong logical and analytical skills, the ability to break down problems and spot patterns others might miss.
- Familiar with how new products/features are built and launched, and excited about go-to-market strategies.
- Know how to juggle multiple tasks, stay on track, and keep projects moving forward.
- Comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Proactive, love taking ownership, and enjoy working with different people to make things happen.
- A natural curiosity for growth, learning, and experimenting with new ideas
