Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events to support business growth and achieve customer acquisition targets.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention programs to drive enrollment, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing plans, strengthen brand image, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients and external stakeholders to support promotional and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing performance, admission activities, and resource allocation to maximize results and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in end-to-end marketing funnel management, from customer acquisition and lead generation to conversion and revenue growth.
- Strong commercial and sales mindset.
- Proven experience in driving measurable growth through marketing campaigns, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition initiatives.
