Marketing Manager leads a company’s marketing team to develop, implement, and analyze strategies that promote products, services, and the brand; to drive customer engagement and sales growth by managing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • To Lead Marketing Team in executing comprehensive marketing plans to reach targeted audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Production team to create promotional campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels from conception to execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor, and train marketing staff, including creative contributors and external agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Oversee branding and content creation to ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice. 

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, typically 3+ years.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM software, Google Analytics, and AI tools for SEO/content.
  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
