Role Purpose
This role exists to create demand that converts into revenue. The SPV / Digital Marketing Manager is the right hand of the CMO in digital execution—responsible for turning products (SKU by SKU) into consistent revenue drivers through creative, data-backed digital systems. The focus is demand creation, message-market fit, and creative performance.
Core Mission
Build and scale revenue-generating digital demand for every key Evolene SKU through:
- Winning creative angles
- Performance-driven content
- Strong collaboration across content, KOL, and product teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Own Revenue per SKU (Digital)
- Treat each SKU as a mini business
- Define:
a. Core demand angle
b. Primary customer segment
c. Creative strategy per funnel stage
- Responsible for revenue contribution, not just traffic or impressions
2. Lead Creative Performance Strategy
Translate product insight → high-performing ad creatives
Work closely with:
a. Content team
b. Video production
c. KOL Team
Decide:
a. What message to scale
b. What angle to kill
c. What creative to iterate
This role directs creative, not just receives assets.
3. Performance Marketing Ownership
- Oversee paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Marketplace Ads)
- Ensure:
a. Creative-first testing framework
b. Clear attribution to SKU revenue
c. Continuous learning loops
- Key metrics owned:
Revenue per SKU
ROAS
Cost Per Lead
Creative fatigue & scaling signals
4. Demand Creation (Not Promo Reliance)
- Build demand via:
Education
Belief shift
Problem awareness
Desire creation
Not Discounts, Cashback, Flash sales
5. Cross-Team Leadership
Act as the bridge between:
Product (R&D / claims)
Content & KOL
Performance marketing
Ensure all teams are aligned to one revenue narrative per SKU
6. Reporting & Decision Making
- Report directly to CMO
- Present:
What is working and why
What is not working and why
Clear next actions
Success Metrics (KPI)
- Primary KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
a. Revenue contribution from digital channels
b. Revenue growth per SKU
c. Creative performance lift (CTR → Cost Per Lead → ROAS)
Kualifikasi
Experience
- 3+ years in performance-driven digital marketing
- Experience managing supplement, FMCG, or performance brands is a strong plus
- Proven track record of revenue ownership, not just campaign execution
Skill Set (Must Have)
Strong understanding of:
- Consumer psychology
- Creative testing frameworks
- Funnel strategy
Able to:
- Read performance data and translate it into creative decisions
- Build demand without over-reliance on promos
- Think SKU-by-SKU, not “brand-only”
