Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C).
• Plan and manage digital & offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university (preferably with knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing or B2B sales, preferably within the technical service industry.
• Strong understanding of service marketing and customer relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies (both online and offline).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
•Fluent in English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus)
•Possesses a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and is willing to travel for business purposes when required.
