Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Collaborate with sales & others related teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
  4. Manage advertising and promotional activities, including events and sponsorships.
  5. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Develop and oversee comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies (including in store, ATL, and BTL media) that align with the company’s overall objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
  7. Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels
  8. Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 
  10. Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  11. Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives, using key metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
  13. Prepare regular reports on brand performance and present insights and recommendations to top management.  
  14. Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team. 

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Branding, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 
  2. At least have 4+ years of experience in a brand/marketing managerial position, preferably within the Retail industry
  3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
  5. Strong in creative and data analytical
  6. Proactive approach and customer-centric mindset
  7. Experience and familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms, including analytics platforms and project management tools
  8. Ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  9. Strong knowledge of industry dynamics and an in-depth understanding of customer needs in fashion retail sector
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
