As a marketing intern, you will play a role in supporting our marketing efforts and gaining hands-on experience in crafting effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner who values honesty in reporting, possesses empathy for our target audience, and has the agility to adapt to the fast-evolving world of digital marketing and events.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Monitor and report on market competitors across various channels with an honest and objective lens.
- Weekly reporting on trends and insights from the business market to help us stay agile and responsive.
- Support the Marketing Team in daily activities, showing flexibility in the development and execution of campaigns.
- Deliver creative event ideas that prioritize empathy for the attendee experience.
- Research and recommend vendors based on creativity, quality, and cost, ensuring transparent and honest evaluations.
- Support day-to-day operations and administration of events (order placements, vendor monitoring, logistics) with a detail-oriented and agile approach.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to measure real-world impact.
- Support market analysis and competitor research to help us better understand our users' needs.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, adapting quickly to team needs and project shifts.
- Support in creating reports for marketing activities and events with clarity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with an agile mindset that thrives on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of key marketing concepts and the empathy required to connect with different audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, rooted in honesty and the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Strong eye for visual composition and creative storytelling.
- Familiar with Google Office suite for collaborative work.
Bonus points if you have the following skills
- Familiarity with social media insights to track what truly resonates with people.
- Experience in event planning or a high level of organizational agility.
- Knowledge in content creation and a passion for honest, authentic brand messaging.
