  • Developing marketing strategies for BRIK brand and products within budget constraints.
  • Strategizing for customer acquisition and retention marketing program.
  • Organizing promotional strategies for both online and offline events.
  • Establishing key performance indicators for offline events and social media strategies.
  • Analyzing conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drive sales.
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in social/digital media.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
  • Demonstrated a history of planning successful product launches and events
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask at a fast pace.
