Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive study and financial analysis for any tenant representation services;
Maintain and provide clients with services during and after the process;
Strategize optimum and workable solution to the process;
Review lease documents and provide best solutions in real estate terms;
Update tenancy database;
Actively update space availability / tenant database;
Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc;
Conduct inspections.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Fluent in English both oral and written;
Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc);
Discipline and self motivated;
Attractive appearance;
Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and problem solving skills;
High passion and knowledge for property;
Good interpersonal skills.
