Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in both domestic and international markets.
- Identify and approach potential overseas consignment stores, multi-brand boutiques, and retail partners to expand international distribution channels.
- Conduct prospecting, outreach, and negotiations with international retail stores for consignment partnerships.
- Support the sales team in managing overseas buyers, distributors, and business partners.
- Handle communication with international clients via email, virtual meetings, and presentations in English.
- Assist in organizing overseas exhibitions, trade shows, pop-up events, and business trips.
- Conduct market research on global fashion trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and potential distribution channels.
- Prepare marketing materials, company profiles, and sales kits in English.
- Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance and marketing activities regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development (fashion industry experience is highly preferred).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, able to conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients, both online and offline (face to face)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of fashion industry trends and global consumer behavior.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Willing to travel overseas for business purposes when required.
- Target-driven, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
