Nipplets Is Hiring!
We’re on the lookout for a SMART, proactive team member who’s more than just a customer service pro, we want someone who truly understands marketplaces and knows how to make things move!
What You’ll Do :
- Manage and optimize our online stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
- Set up promotions, vouchers, and ensure smooth execution
- Experience in omnichannel platforms (bonus if you're familiar with Desty App)
- Actively engage with our community on Instagram and guide them through their buying journey
- Confident in upselling and helping customers find what they need (and more!)
- Promote ongoing campaigns and offers
- Analyze customer behavior and provide actionable insights
- Help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Work together with the Partnership team to choose KOLs that fit Nipplets’ customer profile.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For :
- Must be enthusiastic, with strong e-commerce skills.
- A natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in customer service and handling marketplace operations
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and omnichannel tools
- Able to communicate in English (basic is okay!)
- Willing to respond to customers outside working hours, if needed
