Our sister brand, GThings, is looking for new team members to join the fun! Are you open-minded, fun, and passionate about normalizing sex education?
Do you love connecting with people, boosting sales, and knowing your way around online marketplaces? You’ll help us not just manage but grow. That means making sales, guiding customer choices, and upselling products that truly fit their needs with confidence and care.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage our Tokopedia & Webstore with love and logic
2. Be the voice of reason (and fun!) on Instagram, chatting with our #wargaKDI and guiding them to shop smoothly
3. Highlight promos, boost product visibility, and make our deals irresistible
4. Understand customer behavior and turn it into smart insights
5. Help our community make confident, informed choices
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Comfortable talking about sex education and pleasure topic
- Bubbly, friendly, and super organized
- Problem-solver with great follow-through
- Experienced (or quick learner) in marketplace platforms
- Can read, write, and speak in English
- Willing to work from our office and open to chatting with customers outside regular hours when needed
