Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap target awareness di area Sub Divisi Marketing
- Mengontrol pekerjaan tim dalam melakukan endorsement KOL/KOC & melakukan Ads
- Mengontrol pekerjaan tim Marketing dalam pembuatan video social media & marketplace
- Mengontrol pekerjaan tim Creative Visual/Desain/Videografi
- Melakukan controlling peraturan dan administrasi pada tim
- Mengelola budget dengan efektif
- Melakukan evaluasi dan penilaian terkait campaign/strategi marketing dan kinerja tim
- Melakukan riset trend metode marketing yang sedang hype dan menjalankan bersama tim
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komunikasi/Desain Komunikasi Visual/Manajemen atau relevan lainnya
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai leader di tim Marketing atau yang relevan
- Berpengalaman dengan social media, KOL/public relations, trend, serta Meta Ads
- Berpengalaman dalam mengolah dan membaca data Marketing
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan public speaking yang baik
- Mengikuti perkembangan gadget dan aksesoris gadget (Up to Date)
- Bersedia penempatan di Kota Malang
