Rimkirim helps people move across borders with confidence: Indonesians returning home, and professionals relocating into Indonesia. How we communicate is the product. Our audience is making a high-stakes decision, and they need to trust that we understand them.
We're looking for someone who owns two things equally: the message (how Rimkirim sounds across every channel) and the audience (knowing our people deeply enough to reach them, including through communities and the right voices).
What you'll do:
- Own tone of voice and key messaging across all channels: website, IG, TikTok, WhatsApp, campaignsSet the standard for copy.
- Review and elevate everything before it goes out, and step in to write directly when the situation calls for it
- Translate campaign objectives into sharp, on-brand messaging that lands
- Understand our audiences deeply (returning students; professionals relocating in) and tailor the message to each
- Shape how we approach communities and KOLs, including Indonesian student communities abroad (PPI and similar)
- Bring a clear point of view on messaging, and back it with reasoning
- Track what resonates and adjust based on data
Kualifikasi
You're a strong fit if you:
- Min 3 years in marketing communications, brand, or campaign comms. FMCG brand/comms background is a strong plus
- Can tell strong copy from weak and elevate it, and write well yourself when it counts
- Understand audiences at a gut level: why people hesitate, what earns trust
- Are comfortable with community and KOL work: reading a persona, picking the right voices, approaching them
- Are fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
- Care about real results, not vanity metrics
