Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and summarize marketing communication expenses for reporting purposes.
- Maintain trackers and reminders for team KPIs, tasks, and reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, reimbursements, and invoices.
- Liaise with vendors and support the operational needs of the Marcom team.
- Organize logistics and merchandise for events and campaigns.
- Support voucher creation and distribution as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing essential knowledge and practices.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marcom team.
Kualifikasi
- Willing to stay in Medan.
- Preferable: Female, currently pursuing Bachelor Degree.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and conduct interview with users.
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills to collaborate with the Marketing Communication team.
- Posseses excellent attention-to-detail skills.
- Have organizational and time management skills.
- Have knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
