- The Marketing Communication and eCommerce Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies and managing the online sales platforms to enhance brand presence, drive traffic, and increase sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise to ensure effective communication and a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Kualifikasi
S1 in in Marketing, Communications, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, web, etc.).
- Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and designing materials for online and offline platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, PPC campaigns, and email marketing strategies.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and optimize online performance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
- Competence in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and an eye for design is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver clear messages.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners (e.g., vendors, media outlets).
