Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Planning, executing, and managing marketing projects that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth execution.
- Collect and analyze data to assess project effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure that all campaigns and events align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
- Relevant experience in campaign management or marketing.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
