Deskripsi Pekerjaan
* Managing and executing various brand campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Develop creative design concepts for brand visual needs, including in-store promotional materials, activations, long banners, and website banners.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create relevant and effective campaign ideas that support sales performance.
* Maintain brand reputation and ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication materials and campaign activities.
* Provide creative ideas and executions for various projects to strengthen the brand’s positioning in the market.
Kualifikasi
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
* Proficient in marketing and brand storytelling.
* Strong passion for beauty and personal care trends.
* Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and campaign strategy.
* Strong copywriting and visual marketing sensibility.
* Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Creative thinker with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
