Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research, design partnership strategies, and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, collaborate and execute events with brands, communities, and media to support marketing objectives.
- Work collaboratively across functions to plan, prepare, and execute impactful partnerships.
- Analyze reports to evaluate partnerships outcomes and generate insights for future project improvements.
- Research and select KOL's that align with program targets, and monitor the performance of these collaborations.
- Negotiate with KOL's regarding rates, content briefing, and maintaining sustainable partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with external parties.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Able to communicate, negotiate, and present ideas effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and meeting deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
- Skilled in managing time to maintain productivity.
