Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing proposals for new product development
- Identify and acquire potential B2B clients
- Support related teams by sharing client feedback, market insights, and product briefs
- Explore market expansion opportunities, including new markets and distribution channels
- Analyze marketing & sales data, monitor repeat order trends, and provide reports for business optimization
- Collaborate with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistics, Production, and PPIC teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Product Development in cosmetics toll manufacturing, beauty industry, or B2B pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics/beauty trends and product development processes
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) for global communication
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent in planning, organizing, and project management
- Highly motivated, passionate about cosmetics, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (TB. Simatupang)
