Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct telemarketing activities to offer company products/services.
- Handle admission and sales processes, from explaining programs/products, following up, to closing.
- Manage and maintain leads and customer databases systematically.
- Provide excellent service to prospective customers and answer inquiries related to products/services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales achievements, and admission progress.
- Focused on achieving sales targets & KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s degree (any major), preferably in: Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales, Admission, or Telemarketing.
- Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calls, lead follow-up, and closing sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work target-oriented, both individually and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / CRM tools is a plus.
- Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive.
