- Understand data needs for Erha Ultimate marketing to provide relevant insights.
- Conduct research on competitor tactics, market trends, and buying habits to support marketing activities.
- Extract insights from research to drive business growth.
- Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit team to develop strategic thinking and consumer understanding.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation in marketing analytics.
- Organize and manage the marketing analytics database.
- Create reports and data visualizations to evaluate strategies and support decision-making.
- Apply self-leadership and foster team cooperation.
- Implement corporate values to create a supportive work environment.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, marketing, or a similar field
- 3 - 4 Years Experience as Marketing, Data Analyst, Data Scientist in Beauty Industry / FMCG
- Strong knowledge in Marketing, Data Analytics, Research Methodology
- Proficient in Project Management, Market Research, Data Analysis, and Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms. Access, Powerpooint, etc)
