- Ensure all operational processes are executed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational issues and provide effective and timely solutions.
- Prepare and manage reports for both individual and team performance.
- Manage, supervise, and recruit agents to support business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Auto-Finance industry.
- Experience managing agents (Previous roles such as Agent Relationship Executive or Marketing Agent are preferred)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
