  1. Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data from various sources.
  2. Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide business strategies.
  3. Assess and analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Study consumer behavior, preferences, and demographics to help refine target audiences and marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for innovation and product development.
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to share findings, insights, and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
  7. Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings to support product development, marketing, and business strategy decisions.
  8. Maintain and organize research data and databases for easy access and future reference.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business goals.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related studies
  2. Min 2 years experience working as a Market Research or in a similar role, preferably in the property, real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
  3. A proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. FLUENT in English, both oral and written
  6. Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
