We are seeking proactive and communicative interns to support the growth of YOUR Venture, Y Ventures Group’s early career ecosystem, by engaging university students and fresh graduates across Indonesia.
This role involves engaging university students across Indonesia, introducing them to our career discovery initiative, encouraging participation, and gathering insights into their career aspirations and the types of opportunities they are looking for. The intern will also play an important role in expanding our student talent community while representing YOUR Venture across campuses and online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, identify, and engage university students through campuses, student organizations, online communities, social media platforms, and personal networks.
- Conduct outreach to introduce YOUR Venture and encourage students to participate in our career discovery initiative.
- Guide participants through the registration and onboarding process.
- Follow up with participants to maximize participation and completion rates.
- Gather insights and feedbacks on students' career interests, learning preferences, and desired early career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of participant outreach and engagement.
- Promote YOUR Venture initiatives and serve as a campus and community advocate.
- Share market insights and recommendations to support future program development and talent acquisition initiatives.
Note: This is a primarily remote position, with possibilities to conduct certain activities offline within your respective local area when relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from any major (min. 2nd year students)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with students and building relationships.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Organized and able to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- Active in student organizations, campus communities, or online communities is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Discord, or other online communities is an advantage.
- Interest in market research, education, community building, or career development is preferred.
- Available to commit part-time (3–4 hours/day) for the internship duration (1-3 months).
