Job Description:
- Monitor market developments that impact trading decisions and explore best practices in trading technology.
- Utilize trading simulations to test and refine trading strategies.
- Analyze financial data to identify potential trading opportunities.
- Conduct research and evaluation of trading strategies based on historical data and market trends.
- Participate in risk analysis related to trading activities.
- Track and evaluate trading strategy performance through data and report.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements

- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (minimum GPA of 3.2).
- Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in statistical methods, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, MATLAB is a plus).
- 90% of Gen Z mindset may face challenges in this role.
