Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead or support initiatives to improve process efficiency, quality, and productivity using structured problem-solving methods.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive SAP process optimization and ensure proper alignment with operational needs.
- Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (e.g., production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations).
- Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the production organization.
- Document process improvements, standard operating procedures, and user guidelines. • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements.
- Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area. • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
- Working knowledge of SAP (PP/MM modules or related manufacturing functions) is required. SAP key user or super user experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for efficiency
