Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve overall efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KAIZEN events and process optimization projects.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and throughput enhancement.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Lead training sessions to empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change and drive improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Have a good command of English is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
