SJA Management Trainee 2026 is a fast-track career development program designed to prepare SJA Future Leaders in the Operations stream.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years work experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of GPA 3,25 (D4/S1) or 3,5 (S2)
- Active in organizations and have internship experience
- Possesses a solid leadership foundation
- Have an innovative, experimental mindset, and the drive to deliver business results
- Passionate to work in FMCG
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
