Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation support for the superior in both verbal and written communication.
- Act as the first point of contact and assist in managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the superior’s daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and important business activities.
- Remind the superior of important tasks, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the superior’s daily activities run smoothly.
- Maintain and organize databases, documents, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with employees, colleagues, business partners, and clients.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required by the superior.
- Support the superior in various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mandarin, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Mandarin Translator, or similar role is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
- HSK Level 4 or above is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
