1. 店铺筹备与开设 Store Preparation and Opening

  • 负责零售专卖店的选址调研、可行性市场分析、输出可行性方案Responsible for the site selection research, feasibility market analysis and feasibility plan output of retail stores
  • 制定加盟商门店的零售运营管理策略和标准Formulate retail operation management strategies and standards for franchise stores
  • 装修对接、开店筹备流程及进度管理 Lead end-to-end setup of new retail/experience stores including site selection, fit-out coordination, and launch timeline management.
  • 处理紧急情况,确保员工和顾客的安全Handle emergencies and ensure the safety of employees and customers

2. 日常运营管理 Daily Operations Management

  • 制定门店运营标准流程(SOP),确保日常运营高效有序;Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations.
  • 招聘、培训及管理店员,提升服务质量和客户体验;Hire, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent service and customer experience.
  • 建立客户反馈收集与处理机制,持续提升客户满意度Handle customer feedback and implement measures to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • 制定并执行运营政策和流程,提升工作效率和客户服务质量 Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve work efficiency and customer service quality.

3. 销售与业绩提升 Sales and Performance Improvement

  • 门店的运营数据分析,并输出方案,对门店进行提效Analyze store operation data and output solutions to improve store efficiency
  • 负责区域内零售门店的运营,联合代理商团队做门店的人、货、场、奖、促、培的管理;Responsible for the operation of retail stores in the region, and work with the agent team to manage the store's personnel, goods, venues, rewards, promotions, and training
  • 负责区域内新零售的落地,执行公司年度大促和新品首发的营销推广方案Responsible for the implementation of new retail in the region and the implementation of the company's annual promotion and new product launch marketing promotion plan
  • 协助制定销售策略,实现销售目标,定期分析销售数据,优化产品陈列与销售方式;Drive sales targets, analyze sales data, optimize visual merchandising and selling strategies.
  • 与市场营销团队配合,策划并执行线下推广活动(新品发布、打折促销、品牌日等);Collaborate with marketing to organize and execute in-store promotional events.

4. 库存与货品管理 Inventory and Product Management

  • 监督库存管理,确保货品进出库准确、库存周转健康;Manage inventory accuracy, track in/out stock flow, and maintain healthy stock turnover.
  • 协调与采购、门店、物流等部门对接,及时处理订单,确保货物准确入库与发出 Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics for order processing to ensure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • 分析库存周转、滞销、热销商品,使用 ABC 分类或其他方法,对库存结构提出优化建议 Analyze turnover rates, slow/fast moving SKUs; employ ABC classification or similar methods to optimize inventory mix.
  • 维护库存系统与台账、录入数据、生成报表(如库存报表、周转率、滞销率)供管理层决策;支持系统管理及优化 Maintain inventory systems and ledgers, perform data entry, generate reports (e.g., stock levels, turnover, aging) and support system maintenance or upgrades.

Kualifikasi

  • 且具备流利的中文听说能力,能作为工作语言进行沟通;Must be fully fluent in spoken Chinese, capable of using Chinese as a working language.
  • 大专及以上学历,市场营销、零售管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Retail Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 至少5年以上零售门店运营经验,有家具、办公用品、家电类体验店管理经验优先;Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in furniture, electronics, or lifestyle stores.
  • 熟练掌握印尼语,具备良好中文听说能力为必需,掌握英文为加分项;Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and spoken Chinese is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
  • 具备人员管理、流程管控、目标达成和数据分析能; Strong leadership, operations control, target achievement, and analytical skills.
  • 以客户体验为核心,具备优秀的服务意识和危机应对能力;Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle operational challenges.
  • 熟悉POS系统、库存管理软件和销售报表工具者优先;Proficiency in POS systems, inventory tools, and retail sales reporting systems preferred.
