- Develop creative and persuasive copy for but not limited to marketing campaigns, advertisements, website content, social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
- Manage and execute end-to-end localization projects, including coordinating translation resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, legal, developers, etc to develop and implement localization strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging
- Conduct linguistic reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accurate translations and localized content that aligns with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities and preferences
- Engage in day to day operational task to improve team productivity and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Education background (discuss with HR)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Proven experience as a Localization Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a technology, ecommerce, startups environment
- Proficiency/creativity in crafting copy for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess business and user experience knowledge
- Self-starter and excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams or external vendors
