Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Melakukan pelaksanaan implementasi project sampai dengan status project "live" sebelum OTC dan Recurring.
  2. Melakukan proses evaluasi unit terkait dalam implementasi project sesuai dengan timeplan.
  3. Mengidentifikasi adanya change request pada saat proses delivery.
  4. Menganalisa timeline dan workflow yang ada dalam project charter.
  5. Melakukan pengawalan pembuatan dokumen BAST ke customer dengan melampirkan hasil kelolosan pengujian implementasi project
  6. Menganalisa pengajuan accrue untuk project OTC

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimal pendidikan S1 jurusan Manajemen, Teknik Industri atau jurusan lain yang relevan
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5-7 tahun pada bidang yang sama atau 2-3 tahun pada posisi Manager
  3. Memiliki Sertifikasi PMP yang masih aktif.
  4. Memiliki Sertifikasi atau pengalaman pada ISO 9001:2015 dan ISO 27001:2013.
  5. Memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan dalam bidang CRM dan COCP.
