  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may include market research, analysis, and setting specific marketing goals. 
  2.  Brand Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of the company's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and image across all marketing materials and channels. 
  3.  Event Planning and Management: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of all company events. This includes trade shows, conferences, product launches, and corporate events. Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure event success. 
  4.  Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media strategy, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. 
  5.  Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the marketing and events team. Set objectives, review performance, and foster a productive and positive work environment. 
  6.  Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and events budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI analysis. 
  7.  Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market and customer understanding. Regularly report to senior management on marketing and event outcomes. 
  8.  Market Analysis and Reporting: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and regular reports on marketing performance and event outcomes. 
  9.  Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and media, to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation. 
  10.  Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously seek innovative marketing and event solutions and adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and technological advancements. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus). 
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in branding, marketing, or a related role with a strong track record of successful brand development. 
  • Passion for food security, agriculture, stunting/health issues is a plus point. 
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand building. 
  • Familiarity in graphic design tools, marketing software, and visual editing platforms. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. 
  • Familiarity with current branding trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. 
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, events and display advertising. 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
